About Us

Shanghai Lilun Ship Trading Co., Ltd. is an independent ship brokerage and trading company based in Shanghai, China, serving clients across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

Our core activities include ship sale and purchase, ship brokerage, chartering services, and newbuilding brokerage and technical advisory support. We focus on sourcing suitable vessels from the Chinese domestic fleet for overseas deployment, while also handling selected sale and purchase opportunities involving internationally trading vessels owned by major shipowners, where our market access and transaction involvement add clear value.

In chartering, we primarily represent China-based cargo interests, assisting charterers in sourcing suitable vessels for spot and period employment in domestic and international trades. Our chartering work is execution-oriented and covers vessel sourcing, commercial negotiations, and coordination with owners and operators.

In newbuilding projects, we support overseas shipowners by assisting with shipyard selection in China, coordinating technical and commercial discussions, and providing owner-oriented technical advisory services during the design review, specification development, and contract negotiation stages.

We operate on a flexible and asset-light working model, allowing us to remain closely engaged with shipowners, shipyards, ports, and inspection sites across China. This structure enables close control over each transaction and direct involvement throughout key stages of the process, including inspections, negotiations, documentation coordination, and delivery arrangements.

With in-depth understanding of the Chinese shipping and shipbuilding markets, combined with hands-on experience in China-linked and export-oriented projects, we support our clients with efficient market access, clear communication, and reliable execution from initial inquiry through delivery and post-delivery coordination.

شركة شنغهاي ليلون لتجارة السفن هي شركة مستقلة متخصصة في وساطة وتجارة السفن، مقرها شنغهاي – الصين، وتخدم عملاءها في الشرق الأوسط وجنوب شرق آسيا وأفريقيا.

تشمل أنشطتنا الرئيسية بيع وشراء السفن، الوساطة البحرية، خدمات التأجير البحري، ودعم مشاريع بناء السفن الجديدة والاستشارات الفنية المرتبطة بها. نركز على توريد السفن المناسبة من الأسطول المحلي الصيني لاستخدامها في الأسواق الخارجية، كما نتعامل مع فرص محددة لبيع وشراء السفن العاملة في الملاحة الدولية والمملوكة لشركات شحن كبرى عندما تضيف خبرتنا قيمة واضحة للصفقة.

في مجال التأجير البحري، نمثل بشكل أساسي أصحاب البضائع داخل الصين، ونساعد المستأجرين في العثور على السفن المناسبة للتشغيل الفوري أو بعقود زمنية، مع تركيز واضح على التنفيذ العملي والتنسيق التجاري.

أما في مشاريع بناء السفن الجديدة، فنقدم الدعم لمالكي السفن الدوليين من خلال المساعدة في اختيار أحواض بناء السفن داخل الصين، وتنسيق المناقشات الفنية والتجارية، وتقديم الاستشارات الفنية من منظور المالك خلال مراحل مراجعة التصميم، إعداد المواصفات، والتفاوض على العقود.

上海黎轮船舶贸易有限公司是一家位于中国上海的独立船舶经纪与贸易公司，主要面向中东、东南亚及非洲市场，为国际客户提供专业的船舶经纪及相关支持服务。

公司核心业务包括船舶买卖、船舶经纪、租船经纪，以及新造船项目的经纪、协调与技术咨询服务。我们重点协助海外客户从中国内贸及沿海、内河船队中筛选适合出口和海外运营的船舶；同时，在具备明确市场价值和实质性参与意义的前提下，也参与部分国际大船东名下国际航行船舶的买卖项目。

在租船业务方面，公司主要代表中国货主及租家，协助其在即期及期租市场中寻找适合国内及国际航线的船舶资源，租船服务以实务执行和商务协调为导向。

在新造船业务方面，公司协助国外船东在中国筛选合适的造船厂，并从船东角度提供新造船技术咨询服务，包括设计方案沟通、技术参数讨论、规范与规格协调，以及新造船合同谈判阶段的技术支持。

公司采用灵活、轻资产的运营模式，长期直接参与国内船东、船厂、港口及船舶检验现场的实际工作，在验船、谈判、文件协调、交付安排等关键环节保持实质性参与。
